Cook Time: 55 min
Original Recipe Yield 1 9×5 inch loaf
3-4 overripe bananas
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup mini peanut butter cups
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cups brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon butter
Step 1. Pre-heat oven to 350*F. Cut up bananas and mash, set aside. Wisk eggs together and add in softened butter. Add mashed bananas to wet mixture. Sift dry ingredients together and add to wet mixure. Blend well.
Crushed semi-sweet chocolate.
Step 2. Cut up mini peanut butter cups. Fold in chocolate chips and peanut butter cups pieces. This is a great time to use up any left over valentines or Christmas party candy.
Fold chocolates into your banana batter.
Step 3. Grease and flour loaf pan. Pour mix into pan, set aside. Mix streusel dry ingredients together and cut in butter until it makes crumbles. Sprinkle streusel mixure on top of loaf. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until done and passes the toothpick test.
